This agreement is entered into by and between Hamilton Community Legal, and the Client, collectively referred to as “Parties.”
1. Scope Services
HCL agrees to provide legal services to the Client in accordance with the laws and regulations governing legal practice in the jurisdiction of Hamilton, Ontario.
2. Fees Payment
The Client agrees to pay HCL for all legal services rendered at the rates agreed upon in a separate fee agreement. Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the fee agreement.
3. Confidentiality
HCL shall maintain the confidentiality of all information and communications with the Client, in accordance with professional ethical standards and applicable laws.
4. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall be responsible for any unpaid fees for services rendered by HCL.
